IN OUR CHURCH

We are a family, and it’s a joy to love and serve each other in a variety of ways. It’s also one of the best ways to connect with new friends.

WELCOME TEAM

Love people? Our Welcome Team leads the way in making sure everyone who comes through our doors on Sunday mornings—members and guests alike—knows we’re glad they’re here.

A friendly smile and a heart for people are all you need for this important team. Whether it’s before one of the two worship services or in a golf cart in the parking lot, serving as a greeter on Sunday mornings is a simple but vital ministry in the life of our church.

KIDS MINISTRY

Jesus values children, and so do we. FBCP offers many opportunities to lay a foundation for faith in and love for Jesus in children’s lives. They include making sure the check-in process runs smoothly and securely in the preschool area, assisting with children’s worship on Sundays, and teaching Sunday school or on Wednesday evenings. Can’t commit to a weekly place of service? Join us in serving children at FBCP at VBS, camp, and other special events throughout the year.

STUDENTS

Invest in the next generation of Christ followers as part of our vibrant ministry to students. The challenges facing young people have never been greater, and we are committed to equipping them with the truth and tools they need. Whether you serve weekly on Sunday or Wednesdays, or you join us for special events like Wise Up Weekend and summer camp, there’s nothing more important than loving these young people well and teaching and showing them the love of Christ in word and deed.

MUSIC AND MEDIA

Whether you’re a gifted musician or simply love to make a joyful noise to the Lord, we‘ve got a place for you in our music ministry. Add your voice to the Sanctuary Choir in the mid-morning service or the praise band in our early service. And don’t miss the opportunity for your children to learn to worship the Lord in one of our children’s choirs. The orchestra or sanctuary bells might be right up your alley, too.

Prefer to serve behind the scenes in production? Put your tech skills to work on Sunday mornings or learn some new ones (we’ll teach you!).
