We are seeking a Student Ministry Associate to partner with our Student Minister in advancing the mission of First Baptist Students: leading students to love God, love people, and fulfill the Great Commission. This role helps the Student Minister lead weekly gatherings, assists with parents, and supports the planning and execution of camps, retreats, and events.
Media Associate for Contemporary Worship
We are seeking a team member to support the ministries of First Baptist Church by helping to produce the live-stream broadcast for our Contemporary Worship gatherings. This role handles lyrics, sermon notes, graphics, and system setup, collaborates with the media team, and helps train volunteers, while staying current with emerging trends in modern worship broadcasting.
Children’s Ministry Volunteer Coordinator
First Baptist Church of Pensacola is seeking a dedicated and organized Volunteer Coordinator to support our Children’s Ministry. This role plays a vital part in creating a loving, safe, and Christ-centered environment for children by ensuring our Sunday morning and Wednesday night programming is fully staffed with passionate and equipped volunteers from babies all the way through 5th grade.
Minister of Young Adults
We are currently in an exciting season of growth and we are seeking a passionate and energetic man called to serve as our Minister to Young Adults. This is a full-time ministerial position focused on discipling, equipping, and leading young adults as they grow in their faith and community as well as laying the foundation for a recreational ministry.
The Minister to Young Adults will work closely with our lead team to shepherd and disciple college students, young professionals, and young married couples. This leader will cast vision, build relationships, and develop programs that foster spiritual growth, biblical literacy, and authentic community among young adults. This will take place within the normal church structure as well as developing recreational programs to accomplish the same tasks.
