• Beth Davis group meets the second Tuesday of each month.
The Beth Davis Women on Mission group is a group of women who enjoy praying for missionaries and doing mission projects. Nine months out of the year this group will help with projects at the Florida Baptist Children’s Home, the Florida Baptist Dental Clinic, the Baptist Campus Ministry at UWF, Safe Harbor Women’s Resource Center, Martha’s Vineyard, adopting a school classroom for the year–praying for the teacher and the children, and doing special things for them during the year, and other projects that present an opportunity for mission involvement.
• Gail Hill/Claire Milstead group meets the second Tuesday of each month.
We are a missions minded group open to ladies of all ages. We support both local and foreign missions. We do a mission project each month and sometimes we have guest speakers. We have helped Samaritan Hands, Baptist Children’s Home, Baptist Student Center at UWF, Safe Harbor for Women & Children, Ronald McDonald House, Homeless Luncheon, local nursing homes, our church’s mission trips with supplies, and others as needs arise. Sometimes we meet at church and sometimes we meet in members’ homes. Our meetings are usually held the 2nd. Tuesday of each month at 10:00 A.M. Come join us for lots of fellowship and fun!
• Dorothy Maddox group meets the second Tuesday of each month.
At our monthly meetings we have a Bible study led by Toni Clevenger. We also help Samaritan Hands with whatever they need.
• Global Missions Prayer Group meets the fourth Tuesday of each month.
The Global Mission Prayer Group studies the various mission projects of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the missionaries who direct the work of the many projects. We pray for the missionaries who have birthdays each month and for the needs brought out by each program directed by Laurie Thrash. We take up an offering each month to support two mission projects in our own state in Miami. The group meets at Azalea Trace at 10:15 AM the last Tuesday of each month.
